Caravan Parks
Barwon Coast operates three all-year-round caravan parks the Riverview Family Caravan Park in Ocean Grove, Barwon Heads Caravan Park and Breamlea Caravan Park. It also operates the seasonal Riverside Camp Ground on the banks of the Barwon River over Christmas and Easter.
All revenue raised is reinvested to care for the natural environment and to provide facilities and infrastructure along the coast for use and enjoyment by all.
Riverview Family Caravan Park
Located in Ocean Grove on the sand spit between the ocean and the river, the large grassed sites offer picturesque camping along the Barwon River. Riverview Family Caravan Park comprises 496 sites and 7 cabins. 384 of the sites are Twelve Month Permit sites, with the remaining site available for seasonal and casual bookings
Barwon Heads Caravan Park
Barwon Heads Caravan Park is located on the picturesque banks of the Barwon River, where the river meets the sea. Every site is within a short walk of the water’s edge. Barwon Heads Caravan Park comprises of 416 camping sites and 20 cabins as well as boat houses and beach houses. 161 of the sites at Barwon Heads are Twelve Month Permit sites with the remainder open for casual bookings.
Breamlea Caravan Park
Located in the unique coastal village of Breamlea mid-way between Barwon Heads and Torquay this park offers a cosy, relaxed holiday experience tucked away amongst the gums and tea-tree. The Park has a range of powered camping and caravan sites plus comfortable one and two bedroom eco villas.
Riverside Campground
Riverside Campground offers the unique opportunity to enjoy an unpowered bush camping experience along the Barwon River in Ocean Grove. The campground operates during the peak summer period and the Labour Day and Easter long weekends in autumn.
