Wedding Permit Terms and Conditions
By submitting this form you confirm that you agreed to and understand the following terms and conditions:
- You do not have exclusive use of the area during the event, however, your booking will ensure that no other wedding or event will take place in your designated area during the same time
- A maximum of 4 hours is allocated for weddings to occupy a site, including set up and pack up time
- At all times you and your party must be mindful of other foreshore users and in no way hinder their peaceful enjoyment of the foreshore
- You are to remove all rubbish. Any damage resulting from your activities is to be rectified, at your expense, to the satisfaction of Barwon Coast
- You are not to use confetti of any kind (including rose petals, rice, or balloons) as it poses a real risk to the native flora and fauna
- Any materials or equipment that have been approved for use by Barwon Coast must be securely anchored
- Possession and consumption of alcohol after Sunset is prohibited unless a permit is obtained from the City of Greater Geelong. Please refer to the City of Greater Geelong Neighbourhood Amenity Local Law 2014
- You must have public liability insurance cover to $20 million, which Barwon Coast will provide on your behalf, Information regarding the policy cover will be sent after confirmation of your booking
